New Challenges demand new solutions.  Faulhaber Custom Homes are a glimpse into the future and are designed and constructed in response to customer demands. We continually strive to meet those demands of a more informed, educated public.  The impressive craftsmanship is a combined effort of the builder, architect and homeowner.  Constant attention to detail, from pre-construction to finished product, provides the emphasis to a "custom built" Faulhaber home.

Custom Homes, More than a Building Company
If you can dream it, we can build it. We maintain control throughout the design and construction process to ensure that your residence is built to the highest quality standards. Our custom homes are always exceptionally beautiful, well appointed, and extremely comfortable. We have been creating happy homeowners for years.

Turning Dreams into Wonderful Homes
We manage all stages of each project. From the pre-design phase of a project through construction and delivery. We form alliances with specialized trades people. Faulhaber Custom Homes operates under a unique philosophy in the building industry by placing an emphasis on "homes" rather than houses.  From the initial design architecture to moving in, we create homes that address the homeowners' lifestyle, from growing families to career oriented couples to retirees.  Our methods are simple... listening to your needs and then ensuring those needs are satisfied.  And we do this with an honest, educational, up front approach rarely seen in today's marketplace.  One that involves full disclosure concerning each dollar spent on your new home.  Most importantly, be encouraging buyer involvement every step of the way, we provide a level of service far exceeding industry standards.

Faulhaber Custom Homes is known for:

  • On schedule completion.
  • Final product exceeding expectations.
  • Honesty, integrity, and great value.

Helping Communities Build their Future
Faulhaber Custome Homes . . . Discover the difference.
Have you ever asked yourself, "What separtates one builder from the next?"  Simply put, the following ananlogy may help answer that very question.  Suppose you were about to undergo an operatino.  Would you want someon performing or even overseeing the operatin who is never before performed a surgery?  What about somebody who has never even been to medical school?  Without much thought the answer becomes rather obvious.  That is why it is important to ask educated questions regarding both the builder [including his "medical school diploma"] and the construction process . . . questions that take you "beneath the surface."  We feel more questions asked {and the more difficult the question], the more obvious it becomes in separating a "custom home builder" from a general contractor.  And remember, there is no substitue for old-fashioned, "hands-on" experience.
